parking was a bit difficult with kids and unloading

take that into consideration if staying with kids

three things: the pool was great for the kids, the bed was comfortable, and the only staff member who was kind

the rooms weren't quiet, i could here other people and kids running

i found this property and knew i had to stay here with my wife & kids

the lofts were always a nice way to accommodate another bed, especially for older kids and young adults

however, my kids walked around, barefoot a lot and right after a shower early on their feet turned black

was available for three hours so i could eat at 6am when i wake and the kids could eat at 8am when they woke

dog and kids across the hall and fireworks outside in the night

didn't get to have kids swim due to pending weather.

the reservation was harbor view room. and no harbor view. the view was to the parking lots

service was exceptional from the front desk, to the f&b staff that organized breakfast to housekeeping

new hotel so be patient as their are some things they are working on as far the pool not being heated

he keeps the morning breakfast area spotless and he makes sure everybody gets everything they need for their

we traveled cross country from boulder city, nv with 2 kids and a dog in an suv and all we wanted was to relax

breakfast wasn't delicious but was ok. my kids loved the waffle maker.
