at the end the reception took care of it, but i would recommend that if you have couples with not kids like us

the resort being all inclusive was an absolute life saver, especially with 2 kids under 4
that there are not a lot of kids vibe is great
i loved how we could use amenities next door we went to the restaurants, kids water park and also the theater
pizza station was hit with the kids
the dedicated kids' world is a little under maintained

it was very family friendly, my kids loved it
everything was great! super fun for kids. staff was friendly
quiet and relaxed, so there was a good mix of older people, younger couples, and families with kids
