their was no kids pool at least for a 5 year old
i love the lobby - very comfortable to sit and relax there, plus my kids love the games

staff was great room was clean room service came and asked if i needed cleaning the kids enjoyed them selves
so if u r travelling with kids having pool where they can play is a must
we didn t realize that we wouldn t have a bathtub, we made do without one but with young kids it s hard
i got a room as soon i opened it was smells some type of spray too strong, i try to stay but my kids they got

wore noisy i get it they had their kids but running through the halls and opening and slamming doors every 10
they let us check in early so that the kids could swim in the pool
the pool was great on the hot days of which my grand kids enjoyed

drinks at the bar are a little expensive but are really good and strong

over 45 minute wait for a small plate of pasta out of the kitchen at 7:30 or 8pm-the wait staff were running

did they phone the coach, who was staying there, who was responsible for these disrespectful kids
i asked for extra blankets since one of my kids had to sleep on the floor they only gave us 2
morning arround 7am they had some people make noise with drums and speakers it whas crazy our kids also whas

kids were not feeling well and needed a late checkout
when you have young kids and a stroller this design doesn t make sense
pool is small and shallow not even enough for kids
i have two kids with disabilities and really needed a nice, clean, stress-free night

sparkling water despite the tons of kids splashing
not only did i have trouble putting my kids to sleep but they also were awakened at 6am with the bright sun
light was broken when we got there late at night with two kids and brushed in a dark
use the elevator and it concerned us about the safety of the elevator, especially as our young kids often press

snappy gentleman who told me he was vaxed so didn t have to wear a mask while his kids and wife were all also
1 elevator working, couldn't get rooms next to or across from each other (we had 3 rooms with kids under 18)

staff is very attentive and eager to make us comfortable and welcome, there were activities for kids, and they
kids in the pool were way loud
activities like badminton and mini golf for kids is a great idea
kids did not go back to sleep
was a bit surprised by bushes as the view also kids are great, but i think properly should have a kid free zone

kids were bitten all over and we thought it was mosquitos at first but now we wonder

unable to sleep quietly, there is no obvious wifi name and password
only problem i had was the swimming pool was too cold for me, even in very hot summer heat

one night, there were also kids above us running till after midnight, and we could feel the whole room shaking
the room upstairs was noisy. it s wood floor so i could hear the kids jumping around.
oh and the pet fee is pricey

there were insects and spiders crawling which scared the kids and the family

there was a hair in the shower, and the bar closes at 10pm most nights.
plus, when your night clerk has to go into the kitchen to get something to cook and eat with, you are leaving

room above us had a kids running around for like couple hours , very loud, couldn't sleep until they
to turn on the heating one time, the heat emitted from the unit an awful disgusting smell, my kids almost vomited
renovations looked a little poorly done but everything else seemed clean and comfortable the kids loved the free
my kids were nervous to go on the elevator..so we had to use the stairs a few times.

every time i dozed off, someone jumping on the bed or running above us (kids), someone talking in the hallway
that was disturbing especially since some guests party at the rooftop bar on top of the hotel and hence make
breakfast on sunday morning wasn't available until 8 am

thankfully i had clorox wipes with me and was able to wipe down the furniture before my kids and i used it
hotel was hosting a lot of kids and i feel like they could work on how they deal with children/parents
the people next to you on both sides had to call and make complaint a couple was having fun i had kids with me
i had kids and the rubber that holds on the glass to window frame was peeling off and you can see there
my kids loved the pool and swam in it and played with the supplied range of balls for hours
