hotel room was fantastic so clean and the little balcony room is fantastic so much space for the kids which was

spa and wellness facilities and adult outdoor vibe thinking it was adults only but there were kids in the indoor

the decor is very zen and relaxing and can we talk about the haman sauna/spa and indoor pool
we opted for room service and were so glad we did — the restaurant team were superb

the 24 hour pool was perfect for kids.
the kids absolutely loved it, the pool, sauna, gym, and delicious food kept them entertained and happy
air con wasn’t great in our room - kids room beside us was

breakfast was ok but the plates and cutlery are more like a kids play set
it was noisy at night, like they are doing laundry at night or there was elevator - no idea, but very disturbing
the breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a good mix of hot and cold options

though the facilities didn’t have much to offer kids, the big green open area next to the pool with lots of
bad room no air, bad smell dirty dusty, breakfast empty trays liquidy eggs, burned rubbery bacon kids left on
kids menu in the citrus restaurant was good value
room service meals were generous portions,fresh and tasty even for kids
gym is small but works well
