wifi is not well in the top floor , hope it can be improved in the future

i wanted 24 hour reception ( ie a person there to greet you), room service and breakfast

this was the highest price and the worst of all, confirmed by all family members including kids
around 30 people hang out in the pool in the evening while their kids jump and scream
it s a shame as put our overall review of place down,my kids wouldn t sleep on it so i had too and found
couch bed was great for our small kids, but i don t know how comfortable it would be for two adults

wifi wasn't very good as it only worked if you were in the bathroom
bar in the hotel was not really open and it didn't have a full selection of drinks available
bar should stay open later than 10 pm, i was shocked to find closed at 10

the kids liked how it split into 2 levels with a small spiral staircase, adding to its outstanding

the wifi was no good - very slow, kept cutting out, 1-2 bars when it was not cutting out
wifi connection worked but with some strange issues, such as it didn't allow connection via our vpn
was clean and good facilities apart from wifi
