we didn't have a microwave the all the time and we had our kids, so that was bad.

it was beside the lake and the kids enjoyed feeding the turtles

i also recommend the mid america science museum which my kids enjoyed when my husband was working after check

the music was so loud the kids and myself could not go to sleep

hotel waited until i arrived to tell me there's a $125 pet fee

pet fee is not listed on booking but management discounted for the error/confusion.

loved how clean the room was, space & how there were 2 tvs for kids to watch & parents to watch

there were alot of kids running around and a person smoking pot in parking lot.

normal breakfast with scrambled eggs regular sausage patties & bacon would've been great for the kids but they

loud kids across the hall, staff cleaning and being loud next door.

comfortable bed, even the sleeper sofa was great for the kids

was in town for a family trip with my 2 young kids(11,7)

kids kept us up a little late coming from a ball tournament

kids were looking forward to waffles but since covid19 there was breakfast in a bag

one little problem with kids playing at our door and prank calling the phone but the staff handled that quickly

the only thing i didn t like was the little kids running up and down the hall on my 2nd night.

distance from the parking garage to the hotel was a little long, especially with luggage and kids

groups of school kids in the lobby waiting to check in were loud, being disruptive, but that's not really on

having the living room and extra tv for the kids.

i had a wonderful weekend with my kids

etc, they made sure we had the best time we could possibly have during our stay, they all knew my kids by name

glad we had 2 tv's since we have 2 kids

the rooftop bar was very relaxing with a great view of downtown hot springs.
