the pool was nice, but on the small side and water was a bit warm

we really enjoyed the clean pool & hot tub; the kids especially

was in town for a family trip with my 2 young kids(11,7)

loved how clean the room was, space & how there were 2 tvs for kids to watch & parents to watch

loud kids across the hall, staff cleaning and being loud next door.

room was of decent size and pull out sofa was comfortable for our kids

normal breakfast with scrambled eggs regular sausage patties & bacon would've been great for the kids but they

the only thing i didn t like was the little kids running up and down the hall on my 2nd night.

had not expected a kitchenette - but there was a very nice one with a real refrigerator/freezer

every time they went in and out of the room, up and down the hallway, or just conversating with kids or one

slept good, problem was i kept calling front desk 3x first night ,and 2nd night, same loud kids upstairs we

you need pancakes on menu for the kids.

elevators went out and had to walk up and down the stairs 8 flights with luggage and kids

on a floor with a little league team and kids slamming doors and yelling

etc, they made sure we had the best time we could possibly have during our stay, they all knew my kids by name

pull out bed the kids said was not any good...... but they never are!

groups of school kids in the lobby waiting to check in were loud, being disruptive, but that's not really on

the open glass elevator to the 9th floor was fun for the kids but could be a little scary for those afraid of
