the corridors were always loud, usually kids screaming or people talking

hotel were able to arrange joining rooms with a connecting door which was perfect for our young kids
of the hotel staff were pleasant, friendly and chatty and engaging with kids

the fact that we booked an executive room for 2 adults and 2 children, yet when we go there the kids sofa beds

the worst configuration i could have for my kids and staff were not able to change that as all the room were
