it was a bit hard to get in touch with the host and the wifi doesn t work at all

we had a room for 4 me my wife and two kids 14 and 9

the staff were super friendly, and as we stayed on christmas day, they had small presents for the kids under

that extra 10min bus to the tube with little kids just that bit far sometimes

amazing; one gave my girls a drink and chocolate to perk them up and the others helped store the kids bits in

bed for kids are too old and not comfortable at all

extremely steep and inaccessible if you had any type of challenge with mobility or very young kids

this is less than ideal to get any luggage up and considering this is a 'family room', if you had kids you'd be

but maybe too hard for others on the flip side the other bed was really soft, which the kids liked

kids bunk beds were next to plug socket, very inticing for a toddler

neighbourshead board or bed banging on the wall was interesting to explain to the kids .

welcoming staff, spacious area with ample parking, large nicely decorated rooms in a quirky style and quality

and will be nice for family holiday for the kids also

i don't recall booking a room with a kitchen in it, but that's what we got and we were pleasantly surprised

property was easy to find and very accommodating to our needs, particularly allowing us an early check in

only disappointment was that i was charged 40 for a kids' bed on top of the agreed price when i booked

end of bed useful if you are on your own or a couple, but annoying if sharing your room with your kids and they

maybe dont stay here if youve really young kids, or cant stand staying somewhere that isnt like a show house

great location, good (free) parking, and lots of little shops & restaurants a 2 -3 block walk away

we didn't travel by car but knowing there is parking space at the hotel is something we will remember for
