staff, very comfortable bed, excellent tv, hassle-free wifi, lovely breakfast, quite a cool view of the airport
the little bar was a great place to relax after a long day and the freshly cooked breakfast was yummy
i arrived late and no bar or lounge facility for a quick pint

the stairs and lack of choice for kids on menu
one of the kids beds you could feel the springs through it
hairdryer in the room spa was horribly noisy with kids and teenagers jumping into the pool and splashing
king suit was massive and the kids loved the space, also the room and hotel were very well presented and
surprised no one has raised this previously as suites are usually booked for those with kids

sofa bed wasn't great solution for my kids but only option
maybe a floor for families as some screaming kids work us up at 3am and 5am
after midnight with sleepy kids and the two wonderful ladies working the reception made everything so easy
we were next to a group of loud teenage kids, which was just one of those things!
staff were really friendly & good with kids.
