stayed for 3 nights, although we go there 3 times a year to get away from our grown up kids
only thing which didnt affect our stay too much was the wifi kept dropping and there was no phone reception
103 very close to reception and bar so a little noisy at times fire alarm went off at 3 am for about 30 seconds

my husband took the kids for breakfast and swimming as i was having surgery and he said everyone was very kind
when we did get in it was full of kids and noisy, no explanation from staff of where the spa was so we walked
didn t sit in place water ran out shower dropped a lot and the hotel needs door staff to stop kids squeezing

we saved a lot of money on parking because the tri-star is right next to the bus-stop which takes 2 stops to

kids where very welcome and treated to a voucher tgat got them a free cookie which was a lovley
with the location-right next to the m42 the restaurants and bowling/cinema superb with having my kids with
