room was clean, it was quiet, there is a fire pit out front you can use, parking right infront of room which

drive and parking not plowed, from recent snow.

the price was great for getting 3 beds a bath and a living area plus full kitchen!

the breakfast was so good i had to walk a couple doors down and get more for the kids

the room above us , was horrible very late, sounded like kids jumping & running around, very, very loud

staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast had great options for adults and kids, and the hotel was clean

individually wrapped and the kids liked that

maybe these rooms were designed for a family, where the kids can stay in an adjoining room, but we didn't love

advertised no children allowed and there were plenty of kids there

right above kitchen, breakfast prep banging pots and pans at 6:30 am

weak wifi bed was way too soft

we enjoyed drinking hot cocoa by the fireplace downstairs and a nice

kids were running up and down the hallway. security came and the issue was resolved

of activities to keep the kids busy

we had two kids and a lot of stuff

food was very good, but we had to wait every day for an hour with our kids

could hear everything in the rooms next to us from toilets flushing every time to kids running around

traveling with kids, visiting beaches,it is often convenient to pick something up to eat at the hotel

no parking, had to walk from neighboring business in dark.

a drink at the bar and going out on the porch to sit by the fire and relax at night was really nice

well equipped gym jacuzzi/pool parking is great

no one asked them to stop their kids from running up and down the hallway

the view was great and the kids fished off of the dock

first row on a river with patio or balcony. very friendly staff. good wifi (used it for work).

parking lot was empty when we arrived, the place was dark, there was trash all over the lot, an old

pet friendly, great restaurants in

which is totally fine, but there was just a lot of running around and kids yelling through the halls

are locals and we got a room so the kids could have extra time to swim

the swimming pool and hot tub were clean and bigger in size for plenty of room for the kids to play

very warm and no kids were clowning around and diving or splashing

had no idea the cottage was on a golf course

kitchen is stocked with a few pots, silverware, plates, and a keurig

kitchen sink needs updated, scratches and stains coffee cups were dirty coffee creamer was spoiled

thought i was staying at the cottages at bay harbor, not across the street at a cottage on a golf course

it is not by the water, or pool. it is located up the hill by the golf club.

the main building had a lot of kids, which was expected with a waterpark at the same facility

my kids are expecting the water park was open, but they get it due to covid

mostly quiet, even with kids

catered to older kids but i have a 4 yr old and could ve used more for her age
