the games for the kids

food was very good, but we had to wait every day for an hour with our kids

kids were running up and down the hallway. security came and the issue was resolved

we slept great and our kids loved the jetted tub

advertised no children allowed and there were plenty of kids there

maybe these rooms were designed for a family, where the kids can stay in an adjoining room, but we didn't love

we also very much appreciated the absence of screaming children, drunken adults, and horrible live bands

wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, pretty room, lobby fireplace for warmth and conversation.

which is totally fine, but there was just a lot of running around and kids yelling through the halls

free limo service into town (the kids felt like celebraties), the breakfast in the morning was crowded, but

pool was awful! way to many chemicals kids couldn't even go in it.

our kids were very surprised by the complimentary limo service, which is a highlight of their trip

traveling with kids, visiting beaches,it is often convenient to pick something up to eat at the hotel

could hear everything in the rooms next to us from toilets flushing every time to kids running around

we liked that there was a bar and food in hotel

no parking, had to walk from neighboring business in dark.

still no room with the view, but it was handicap accessible so we could bring a tub for our kids

kids loved the 24 hour access to the hot chocolate

no safety lock on the door (kids can just walk right in)

got the street, parking lot and gas station

the breakfast was alright, and the location is nice. charlevoix is a very nice town.

advertised a pool. i brought my swimsuit to do laps. it s a kids wading pool, not a lap pool.

the pool is small but well maintained and the fountains were fun for the kids

parking. there is not enough on-site parking.

catered to older kids but i have a 4 yr old and could ve used more for her age

control on hot tub, the kids playing around and the people drinking so more control on

accommodating about noise as room is for 9+ and small kids like to run and have fun on vacation

mostly quiet, even with kids

kids really enjoyed the outdoor activities near the lodge
