check in to check out the staff were very friendly, very good with kids and generally very welcoming, they were

quite a casual pub which was just what we needed as we were only staying for a hike and we had kids too so we
on my stay except for the really annoying family group that arrived and allowed their unruly kids to run a mock
a question, they made us a packed lunch for our hike the next day, beer garden was good for the kids, staff were
plenty of parking
with the view from the room although the room itself was very nice with an excellent large spa bath

the pool's good but gets very busy with kids - not so bad because there's dedicated swim lanes, but if you're
sure but i liked it so much i thought it would be great to come back with the kids but it keeps saying no kids
the leisure facilities that were included which were great, but the pool was full of screaming kids which wasn
expensive to avoid kids

is a lovely town and we enjoyed the restaurants, shops, and most of all the park where the kids could play soccer
in the guest area, read a paper, enjoy a drink and listen to the crackling of the logs in the fireplace
we expected to pay for late check out but was a nice surprise to be told it was free until noon

more bedside lamp one isnt enough and spa pool used for kids swimming lessons peak early evening time
being picky - a fire in the lounge would be nice swimming pool seemed to be full of kids with lessons - so wasn
the pool had a kids class not from the hotel and it was very crowded and loud in the spa/ silence and relaxing
the highlight for the kids was definitely the swimming pool, they enjoyed it the most

the kids couldn t use the swimming pool as they are not
to the room tv what's the point to have smart tv with no internet program especially have small kids and dark
the pancakes were cold plus orange juice was 50% juice 50% water which turned up in a kids carton
a family with kids they make it mandatory to book another room, making the stay expensive
