family room 102 was at the remote corner, kids were not quite happy with that and the corridor was having some

wifi was a bit hit n miss in my room but its not the end of the world
from the minute we arrived, particularly as the staff now have to manage booking tables in the bar area as well

the spa was a bit disappointing and lots of noisy kids jumping in the water

it woke us up barking at 8am and when you re having a break from the kids the last thing you need is being

the decor was very kath kidson , my mum loved it , we took her there for her 70 th birthday treat

as me and my partner and i always stay here when we visit blackpool and even stay here with our kids
the hotel is mainly families so expect lots of kids, some are just left to run around the bar but staff tried
