our room was booked as a 'double room with two double beds' for two adults and two kids
i have 3 kids living in manhattan and 2of 3 were less than 15 minute walk

when i reached my room, there were no towels at all because the hotel s laundry had apparently arrived late
they had a safe when they did not, said they had a roof top bar but it was never open

not stay there again because of that, and i would never recommend this hotel for people with kids or anyone
never felt unsafe but probably not wonderful for kids
be especially careful if bathing younger kids

the room was very small for 2 adults and 2 kids.
and the room is okay - although quite cramped if you re traveling with a few suitcases and kids
the blankets were also thin and to our liking * laundry possibility is great
location, staff, often getting an early check in.
staff were good , got a early check in by 11 am :)

got tub was freezing and full of kids playing rough in the morning when i wanted to use it before i checked out
not hot, air con kept freezing room,no bar/ restaurant or hot tub as advertised, breakfast like a kids picnic
