we just wish the pool was bigger

welcoming staff, the cleanliness, the location and the transportation to the casino (as woman it was appreciated

parking was good, had shuttle service to take you to and from the casino, very clean and modern

was in close proximity to popular stores, fast food, casino, major highways and has ample parking

very nice rooms and a fun bus to the casino

my kids loved staying will totally come back

along with the breakfast which was better than what most other hotels have to offer

rooms had a kitchen including a full size refrigerator and dishes and pots and pans

room was nice, well stocked, kitchen worked well

the breakfast was hot and fresh with lots of choices, the staff were friendly and so helpful, our rooms

that my kids enjoyed the swimming pool

unfortunately, i did not get to experience the pool but it was clean and plenty of people enjoyed it

front desk aftetnoon staff was rude anf their breakfast thats a joke ask front desk staff for some extra towels

was great and had a good variety that satisfied our entire family happy (6, 8, 11, and 17year old kids)

we had 7 guests-they knew this but refused to give us enough breakfast for all of us-we had 5 kids and 2 adults

and we had to go down stairs to the lobby to pick up sheets and blanket at 11:00 pm with all the kids+ a baby

the pool was fun for the kids

were ev chargers (charge point that i had to pay to charge) in the next door property (holiday inn)

the sweet woman working at the breakfast area even gave our kids a gooey chocolate chip cookie (after asking

dog until i got my bill, think that's to much, would have been cheaper to bring my grand kids other than that

the pool had dirt and leaves on the bottom and it was not heated the kids could not swim

also bj's across the street gave me a discount on me and my kids meals because i was a hotel guess

i couldn't go back down and take a minute to relax away from my kids for a swim

this hotel smelled clean, had an amazing breakfast, had 2 elevators, and a pool!

indoor pool was not heated and it was 105 degrees outside. kids were very disappointed.
