playground was basic but kids had fun on it

it is pet friendly and i m amazed how clean the rooms at the lodge still are

travel with my dog, so i look for places that are pet friendly and have nice walking places

i also didn't like how the water park by the lodge was closed and no one had posted anything online about it,

there were kids on bikes riding through the parking lot at midnight looking into cars

breakfast and we loved that the pool was open all night

my 4 year old grand daughter and i absolutely loved the pool it was very clean

24 hour pool and gym.

my kids didn't need that

we booked the room to have a kids birthday party so they could swim and use room to cool off and take breaks

there are plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing while the kids have fun

re very understanding when it comes to having 3 kids

it was nice to lay down after a long drive and the kids got to watch some tv

food was amazing but the pool was my kids favorite we lost our home so it was nice to do something

they didn't know how to fix the internet and they didn't have ice or milk for the kids

advertised pool closed to kids at 10 pm, but no enforced. staff was unfriendly and not helpful.

we were traveling with 6 kids and that little bit if info would have been nice to know

there was a family who was traveling with small kids who had booked and were also turned away

weekly breakfast was fine the normal stuff, the weekend was really nice with gravy, sausage, biscuits and

go out can t get back in and sucks to have to walk around with all this ice, don t clear the parking lot

the lady that comes in at 4:30 am to fix breakfast did outstandingly as well

when i arrived, there was no adequate parking to safely park my vehicle

they could do better with breakfast. not much to chose from

kids enjoyed it

it was my kids first time staying in a hotel and they loved it, my son said the bed was very comfortable and

already in the room i booked and gave me a room with a king bed and sofa bed and one of the kids had to sleep

cookies and water was on hand to offer to kids

the pool wasn t heated. but my kids still loved playing in a pool in the middle of winter!!

just wish there would of been a pool for the kids to get in

there were kids running up and down the halls until early in the morning.

were hoping for a pool because our kids look forward to swimming but not a need

hotel and room, comfortable interior decor, convince of having our room, restaurant and bar all in one place

construction around the site was a mess and the parking lot was terrible.

then you have wild kids and parents up all

breakfast was awesome

breakfast was not served even though it said breakfast was provided 6-9 am

no breakfast due to covid. pool clean. pet friendly.

the room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

the staff was very nice. the kids loved the pool.

after standing outside i returned to the front seat to a clerk that stated kids

very clean, kids loved the pool. the front desk lady was super friendly and helpful!

i highly recommend loft's for breakfast, coffee and bakery items
