weekly breakfast was fine the normal stuff, the weekend was really nice with gravy, sausage, biscuits and

they could do better with breakfast. not much to chose from

the lady that comes in at 4:30 am to fix breakfast did outstandingly as well

the kids' meals are a nice size

the fireplace acted up

a cabin and it was great to find wood cut, stacked, and ready to bring in and start a fire in the fireplace

free wifi would be nice as well

wifi in the cabins. i had no cell phone service.

playground was basic but kids had fun on it

allowing a pet. backdoor access to outside and view of lake.

pool not open. restaurant breakfast very slow. ham was too tough to eat.

travel with my dog, so i look for places that are pet friendly and have nice walking places

pool and rec room could have used an up grade to match with how nice the place was

guests need to learn to control their kids my kids couldn t have fun in the pool because they would splash

we tried to get in the pool from 10 pm to 11 pm but it was full of kids so unfortunately we did not swim because

it seems like they cut their cable and it was very hard to find tv for our kids as it was just a smart tv and

it was my kids first time staying in a hotel and they loved it, my son said the bed was very comfortable and

the pool for the kids, and the breakfast

from marijuana being smoke here (to each their own but i keep my kids away from it), the hotel itself was dirty

we were traveling with 6 kids and that little bit if info would have been nice to know

there was a family who was traveling with small kids who had booked and were also turned away

food was amazing but the pool was my kids favorite we lost our home so it was nice to do something

advertised pool closed to kids at 10 pm, but no enforced. staff was unfriendly and not helpful.

re very understanding when it comes to having 3 kids

my kids didn't need that

there are plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing while the kids have fun

we booked the room to have a kids birthday party so they could swim and use room to cool off and take breaks

it was nice to lay down after a long drive and the kids got to watch some tv

there were kids running up and down the halls until early in the morning.

were hoping for a pool because our kids look forward to swimming but not a need

just wish there would of been a pool for the kids to get in

room service from the winchester restaurant

wanted to order room service but couldn't get an answer other than that it was great
