front desk person in the evening was so kind to open the breakfast area to get some milk for my kids to have
there were warnings in elevator about kids and hall noise, but there were multiple instances of children running
just loud disrespectful guests allowing their kids to run the halls and slam the doors not the hotels fault
walls a little thin. could hear neighbors kids talking quietly and coughing.

place was perfect for myself and 2 kids
we could hear everything from the room next to us and all of the kids running and screaming down the hallways
place is not maintained - we had dirt on the wall, birds poop on the porch, the kids playground slide is broken

full kitchen was well stocked. hiking trail was great

we got a king suite room since we were traveling with 2 kids
pool was out of service and had to pay 75 per fee. that was a bit high
there was ample parking close to the building
stay regularly at hampton inns and the quality of the breakfast food was a little less in quality than most of
vicinity to sierra nevada brewery and the free hotel shuttle to and from. thank you kita!!

breakfast area was a little cramped and there was a wait for eggs that meant my kids didn't get any, as we had
our room was small for four people (2 adults & 2 kids)
people great environment close to everything we needed plus pisgah state park so amazing kids had a blast and

this is an upscale 4star hotel right in biltmore village that had restaurant, bar, spa in the main building
stay here to watch a tv, but it would've been nice to have more than a single, small tv in the bar area to watch

were super comfortable and nice room behind hotel there is a small trail and pool had toys for kids to play with

pretty annoying when traveling with small kids, good thing we had food with us
from the fires near by, there was not pool which was advertised, thats why i picked the hotel, my kids thought
were no sheets for the pullout bed - feels like if you asked the ages of my 3 kids and know we d need to use
