was tired and didn t want to move the kids so declined

no internet service. kids running up and down the hallways at 10pm. ridiculous! ruined the stay.

one was booked on the third floor and the kids ran the halls and made noise till 3:30 am

our room was small for four people (2 adults & 2 kids)

breakfast area was a little cramped and there was a wait for eggs that meant my kids didn't get any, as we had

people great environment close to everything we needed plus pisgah state park so amazing kids had a blast and

roof repairs closed off the pool which the kids would have enjoyed

glad we didn t have kids or any seniors in our party, small breakfast area

full kitchen was well stocked. hiking trail was great

just needs one bigger pan in the kitchen. that is all.

pet fee seemed a little high otherwise a good value.

bed, nice & hot shower, very clean, and well stocked/thought out kitchen which made it easy to cook

the kitchen was well equip and beds are comfy

we could hear everything from the room next to us and all of the kids running and screaming down the hallways

place is not maintained - we had dirt on the wall, birds poop on the porch, the kids playground slide is broken

place was perfect for myself and 2 kids

material anywhere, so you can hear noise from other guests and plenty of noise from the hotel's kitchen and

you could see them from the pool deck and the restaurant area

there were warnings in elevator about kids and hall noise, but there were multiple instances of children running

front desk person in the evening was so kind to open the breakfast area to get some milk for my kids to have

just loud disrespectful guests allowing their kids to run the halls and slam the doors not the hotels fault

walls a little thin. could hear neighbors kids talking quietly and coughing.

they were right off my route and they accepted pets.

pool was under construction which was a let down for my kids and we didn t know until we were checking in even

were comfortable, kids enjoyed the pool

staff who helped in the breakfast area were exceptionally patient and kind, especially with the kids

the bathtubs are super slick. not good for adults or the kids

not a big issue for me since i was with my husband, but if you're with a friend, sibling, or have kids with you

we got a king suite room since we were traveling with 2 kids

prompt shuttle service too airport

shuttle from airport stayed late since my flight was delayed 2 hours

also, a security guard was quick to check on me in the parking lot when my car alarm went off by accident

would like a cable machine in the gym

great location to pick up kids from camp

kids that party behind the rear parking area leave a lot of trash
