haven't nothing bad to say, my kids just mentioned the breakfast because they were expecting a continental
one of the window blinds didn’t shut so we had no way of stopping the light coming in, so our kids woke up
room was nice, large double bed and still enough room for two beds for our kids
there was cigarette smell in the room even though it was a non smoking room.

the floor was really sticky and the kids had black feet within moments of arrival
the swimming pool was very nice although the covering needs cleaning
the host was super slow but she did allow us to stay beyond check out time to enjoy the outdoor pool

we accepted that, so instead decided to play tennis and pool with the kids

there was a shortage of bar food and nowhere really to sit outside when the weather is nice and when the pool
a calm modern hotel with great spa facilities, easy to find and a good restaurant .

host was very friendly and funny, and the breakfast really was amazing
the breakfast was wonderful and the communal areas were so comfortable and cozy

the air was not on and we had babies sleeping early a real issue if you want to go with small kids
it's a good family hotel, the kids club was great, having a very dynamic monitor leading this activity for
they don't have enough food for kids
extra bed for kids was not very comfortable.

the kids pool doesn't have steps so for our 3 year old it was hard to get in and there where never
two little kids it a bit complicated with no bathtub
had booked a ‘junior suite’ to sleep 2 adults & 2 teenagers - the kids’ beds were fold up metal beds -
this place, the sauna and pool were amazing, the breakfast was nice, the smart tv in the room was a nice touch

bed small , on number 4 was noise with loads of kids ( very bad)

staff did question my request for extra towels and then admonished my kids for jumping on the bed

the kids room had an unpleasant smell from time to time, which we informed the staff about but they
our two teenage kids were given a very cool room with a mezzanine, which they very much appreciated
parking is in the next street therefore you need to travel with luggage or kids
clean, friendly staff and breakfast was great.
