restricted pool hrs for kids.

25 to use the spa at a reasonable hour without unsupervised kids is annoying

bother me too much but it was abit hectic when kids were allowed in the pool for the couple of hours

kids diving / bombing and adults sitting around in normal clothes and outdoor shoes despite signs

bar area for dinner had a lovely christmas atmosphere

didn't have breakfast as we never have a breakfast but the bedrooms and bathroom obviously renovated recently

is perfect, right on the conway high street with the added bonus of free parking

we also had an excellent light lunch before we checked in and a light bar breakfast before we checked out

the wifi fixed, couldn't get on wifi.

it was easter sunday and the lovely lady had even added a bar of chocolate

pet friendly and no extra charges for pets which is excellent

internet /wifi was down.

you also have access to their wifi and netflix

the room there were stains on one of the kids beds

my room was too close to the play area and very loud parents shouting at kids

the drinks in the bar wasn t expensive either which is a plus, breakfast was nice too

the hotel was close to several golf courses which we visited during our stay

can t do enough very friendly bar great food exclusive breakfast out standing clean very warm love

they have a kids menu but didn't do kids desserts, wouldn't do 1 scoop of ice cream for my daughter i was told

very nice too at no extra cost and the view was beautiful very nice place to stay with or without kids as thers

park and beach across the road which is ideal for the kids

ample parking behind the hotel and in a great location

was a last minute booking to go on the zip lines we stopped as a family of three parents and four kids aged four

friendly staff and lovely with the kids. very clean hotel and rooms and breakfast was lovely

loads of room and the kids just love it being away in llandudno

wifi was out of reach couldn t get any connection in rooms or bar area.

kids beds were quite hard, some stains remaining on bed covers after washing and duvet was ripped

first room number 15, was small & suffercating feeling & one of the kids bed right next to door which the kids

came to this hotel as a base to finally show my kids wales where i lived for a few years before joining the army

old furniture, dusty, no ac, broken window lock, poor shower facilities, low standard breakfast, room service

a bit far from the city center(30 mins by walking with my kids).

there was a large group staying on the saturday, and the kids were banging on out doors and running away

food was great but again pricey even for kids meals

but there were no fans in the pet area, couldnt open the windows but a fan or two woulld have cooled it down

the room service charge would be nice for those whom are of limited mobility and do rely on room

amenities if it had been a family outing (was there for work) will definitely go back with the kids

i thought was alittle over price as there wasn't no entertainment on or swimming pool for the kids i don't think

was some difficulty with my wifi reception

a little tired looking in some areas ie: hallways wifi was hit & miss whether it worked towel rail was too far

don t have creche so that couple could enjoy spa ( kids can t be left alone on family visit)

tray/ bathroom needs a good deep clean also not sure if every room is the same but in our room ( pet friendly)

should have more halal food options and some extra stuff for kids
