the wifi did not work at all

the spa bath was not completely clean

good rooms which are quite recent in a nice area. the tapas bar down the road

bar downstairs was open late, so loud

wifi really bad .

the pool looked very inviting but didn t use it, same goes for the spa

the rooms, the location, the breakfast, the air conditioning, the parking, the price

spa and indoor pool were closed and this information wasn t in the booking

the spa should open longer hours of service since they offer amazing treatments

breakfast was included - cooked & continental

great value for money, nicely decorated comfortable room with good wifi.

spa bath in the bedroom, we found it to be very impersonal and would have preferred a nice walk in

for pet owners the close proximity of the duero river to exercise their pet is a tangible benefit

receptionist on arrival : hidden behind screen with minimal info ( except breakfast times and wifi code) quite

poo or spa facilities weren t clear. always seemed to be closed.
