as a single mum travelling with 2 kids it can get stressful but bells gave us a nice place to go back to each
hard beds locked out late with 2 kids ages 8 and 3 way over priced not even breakfast in with
kids/teens running up and down hallways for at least 2hrs between 8pm and 10pm
one of our kids was ill and they were so helpful and took clothes away to be cleaned and dried at no extra

there is a lounge area for guests to relax in with a honesty bar which was a nice touch

booked 2 rooms and the family room number 9 had a see through blind and no curtain so the kids were awake at

just disappointed i didn't ditch the husband and kids and have the incredible room and 4-poster bed all to myself

the hotels fault, there was a wedding party that evening and kids were running up and down the corridors,

the spa is lovely other than the woman managing it - a buxom blonde lady who reprimanded our kids at every
