kids and i were there just one night, following a trip to winterfest at kings dominion

i always travel with cleaning supplies, so i scrubbed down the bathroom and prepared for my kids and i to have

staff was very friendly and helpful. gym and pool was great. hotel was very clean.

the manager doesn't speak english well, he wanted to give me a smoking room but my order was non smoking

asked for a non smoking room and the second i walked in it reaked of smoke

plus the listing stated free breakfast

the pool was a great place for our kids to get their energy out after riding in the car for 7 hours then sitting

needs to be a little more kids friendly with the food could have waffles and pancakes as well

i stayed two nights, for a soccer tournament, we didn t have a chance to take the kids to the pool do to our

tv didn t work. people were loud in the hallway, kids running around.

however, we were woken up at six in the morning would appear to be young kids young girls running up and down

room was spacious and loved having a separate bedroom to be abel to put the kids to sleep

was a bunch of kids running around unsupervised because they was in town doing a field hockey tournament

overbooked so we paid $173 for double bed rooms for our kids to sleep and ended up needing a roll away cot

i think it was an inconvenience to pay for breakfast in the hotel, but not a huge complaint.

room smelled like an ashtray, i had two kids with me that constantly complained about the smell

there was no shower curtain in the bathroom , the kids had to take shower in the evening without the curtain

appreciated the pet policy as our dog was traveling with us

so with that in mind i did not take a dip with the kids and a few friends and family who was there to partake

poor customer service, 2 kids under 2 - said there would be a crib but there wasn t any, room keys didn t

and the fire alarm going off all of a sudden at almost 11 pm for no reason scaring the hell of my kids

they accommodated us for an early check in, which was very nice

our coffee maker didn't work and the kitchen is not stocked with napkins, plates, or basic silverware
