we were from out of town and had to sit in a hot car with my kids and disabled

the kids loved the pool and it was close to everything

platform, that would have been nice to watch at night or early in the morning with little kids

especially when you have a handicapped person and a lot of little kids with lots of luggage to carry

our room overlooked the pool and although there were people and kids in the pool, we didn't hear a thing

the pool was fun for the kids

also, my kids liked the pool

we had 7 guests-they knew this but refused to give us enough breakfast for all of us-we had 5 kids and 2 adults

was great and had a good variety that satisfied our entire family happy (6, 8, 11, and 17year old kids)

and we had to go down stairs to the lobby to pick up sheets and blanket at 11:00 pm with all the kids+ a baby

staying there my two kids and myself were bitten by bed bugs at the hotel and that was the last time i would

early check-in continental breakfast

front desk aftetnoon staff was rude anf their breakfast thats a joke ask front desk staff for some extra towels

breakfast was terrible.

we were unlucky enough to have a room next to 2 small kids that like to be loud

in the room next to us were up all night banging and making noise i had my kids with me and they were frightened

beautiful new room with great shower and kitchen.

hot tub & fitness room was open with reasonable restrictions while surrounding hotels were closed due to the

it's very close to ucr so it's a perfect option for parents coming to drop off/ visit their kids

we pulled the sofa bed out for the kids and a french fry fell out and the sheets weren t changed

the pool was not shaded for kids to swim and no easy access to elevator to the second floor.
