wifi doesn t work in certain rooms

the bar didn t take cards only cash but not really a problem

i arrived late unfortunately but got my key with ease from the bar , my room was lovely basic but clean , shower

was good, very clean and room service wasv excellent

comfy. nice room but shower not great centre of town late check out

the hotel was clean and the staff was great. and the kids loved there stay

as me and my partner and i always stay here when we visit blackpool and even stay here with our kids

is just fabulous the tram into blackpool is right outside it's just great n there's loads for the kids to do

the hotel is mainly families so expect lots of kids, some are just left to run around the bar but staff tried

i had 2 kids with adhd and we still felt really comfortable and welcomed

were lovely and the breakfast was brilliant smashing wee lounge with games for the kids and telly bar prices

the bar had lots of different games to play and help keep the kids entertained. great bonus

there was lots of selection for kids also such as cereal, fruit, yoghurts, various snacks

and very comfortable lovely breakfast everything you could want they even did pancakes for the kids

lobby, loung and dinning room was untidy with kids toys and general mess

granddaughter we're lovely and made us feel very welcome and spent time chatting to us and the kids family room

just the way she was we had to keep the kids quiet but it was ok for a big dog to bark all time

was only parking out front for 3 or 4 cars so i don't know where you would park when the hotel is busier
