good wifi

it said it was breakfast included but they didn t have breakfast

no breakfast as advertised. rooms are dated. no facial tissues. no bathroom grab bars.

plus the listing stated free breakfast

the manager doesn't speak english well, he wanted to give me a smoking room but my order was non smoking

kids and i were there just one night, following a trip to winterfest at kings dominion

i always travel with cleaning supplies, so i scrubbed down the bathroom and prepared for my kids and i to have

outdoor pool not open yet

staff was very friendly and helpful. gym and pool was great. hotel was very clean.

everyone is a pet lover, owners continue to act as if everyone should love pets

unable to take a bath for kids

they said there were no other rooms available, so i had to worry about my kids safety throughout the night

staff rude no pool bathroom nasty mold they painted at 10 oclock at night with funes im room kids upnand down

owner is very kind and friendly, i go here every other weekend with my kids, so i know what to expect

good stay for the money with kids

pool was open, clean and had toys for kids. breakfast had hot stuff waffles and eggs

there was no shower curtain in the bathroom , the kids had to take shower in the evening without the curtain

room smelled like an ashtray, i had two kids with me that constantly complained about the smell

the smoking room given to me and the floor was no vacuumed.

really liked that the hotel was pet friendly and we were able to bring our dog

they didn't have non smoking, like i booked, so i had to stay in a smoking room

t work and it took until 10:30pm for a response and an offer to change rooms but we have young kids so it was

everything! especially breakfast. the kids enjoyed the pool. the gym was nice and big.

fact the kids (baseball team) ran on the floor up stairs the entire night until the we hours of the morning

kids didn t like the eggs but they never had hotel breakfast eggs before

but the water was freezing it indicated 84 but i guess because it was only 20 degrees outside the kids were

it was heated, when we arrived the pool had no water also no drink menu with prices at the lobby bar a cheap

were put next to a family with 2 crying kids

we just left because i was tired and so were my kids

she assisted with a much needed early check in and provided great customer service

the gym is nice, but could stand for a few more pieces.

pool towels were given to us instead of bathroom towels after housekeeping did not come

love that they are so pet friendly

checkout i guess i did right? restaurant showed no signs of being open. wifi was meh

i also worked remotely for one day and the wifi was strong

beautiful lounge could have done with a bar and we would have liked to have had breakfast

the pool area was so nice warm and water was so warm best indoor pool in winter ever for the kids

the room was clean and comfortable plenty of room if families are traveling with kids

staff, cozy room and hip decore, lobby area with a lot of pass-time options for adults and kids

i received a welcome drink coupon which was a nice touch--full bar in lobby--and the lobby is very well=appointed

the room was small but well equipped. the bar staff were so friendly and exceptional.

it would be nice to have a fitness room

the bartender at the bar was extremely nice and attentive

some young kids were enjoying banging on our door and running off

the items that were available when i went to breakfast was good

oh, let me not forget about seme (spelled wrong) the breakfast attendant that paid attention to detail and

full kitchen, nice lounge area.

there were roaches crawling on the kitchen counter

both of these were a disappointment to my kids but neither ruined our stay

the kids loved the pool

my kids couldn t hook up their game system either so that was a bummer

lastly there was some sort of soccer tournament going on and the kids ran up and down the hall till 2am

very family friendly staff was very great and helpful very interactive with my young kids and made us feel at

overbooked so we paid $173 for double bed rooms for our kids to sleep and ended up needing a roll away cot

was a bunch of kids running around unsupervised because they was in town doing a field hockey tournament

that my kids came out of the room immediately saying shower is very bad and broken walls in the restroom

we loved our time and got to have fun at the indoor pool

very friendly staff and the pool/gym area looked nice

after being in class all day on saturday, come back to the hotel to enjoy the pool, but no kids running all

but the stay wasn t kids was running in the hallways knocking on people door and running i reported it and

my stay there was a large group having dinner in the hotel restaurant, and they left about 6 kids run free

good location and hotel had some outside entertainment for kids (tumble tower, form 4)

i was disappointed that wifi was not free. thankfully i was accommodated.

pet fee is $100 for a night

it is difficult when you travel with kids as they gets hungry at any time

- dirty linens and mattress (pictures below) - poor wifi that timed out every 20 minutes of

the bar area was nice but wow, i had a sauvignon blanc - the only one they had and it was $15 for 6

they did comp us two drinks a piece from the bar and reduced our rate by $60

our kids were in complete shock

the pool was too cold for kids. hot tub too hot for us. parking is horrendous.

next door had screaming kids who were running around until very late

also, there were a lot of kids in the pool that we re not being supervised and there was no lifeguard on

neither were their kids running around at the restaurant or in the elevator
