didn t replace the coffee in the room or make the beds but that was very minor and we have 3 kids

the kids loved the pool and breakfast
super comfy beds. clean and quite even with a lot of families with kids staying in the hotel

the activities offered in the gym looked great for kids
front desk late at night because it sounded like kids running and making loud noise
the gym was great for a family reunion when it was raining
our room had a very usable kitchen (with granite counter, dishwasher, even garbage disposal)

our room was overlooking the pool and we heard noise from kids in there until 10pm.
the kids had a blast
pool and grass area were a big plus when we stayed while traveling, the kids could burn off some energy
