the pool was not heated and needed

the game room for the kids can use some updates and maybe a machine or two more

cleanliness, bed comfort, breakfast optionshelpful staff

start for breakfast, the locating is always wonderful near everything but isolated for quietness

smallish bathroom, but functional. the tub shower needs a grab bar for older guests.

pleasantly surprised they had ev chargers for my car while staying there

room and breakfast was too perfect, totally responsible for my late start on the trail in the morning

had to take dirty towels to laundry to get clean ones, had to ask for garbage bags because nobody picked up garbage

advertising breakfast, however bc of renovations being done it's not offered

noisy maint. guys in morn. laundry rm.noisy ppl upstairs walking around slamming doors all night

we skipped the breakfast.

only issue i had during my stay was that another guest open the outside door to the pool and it was colder than 19 degrees outside,my kids were freezing

we also had the pool all for ourself that was awesome

wish there was a jacuzzi or whirlpool available for a nice water massage

group of friends stayed at this hotel and it was closer to spookynook gym where we have a game

rooms, carpet, dust, small breakfast, breakfast hours only until 9am horrible, pool is small and stinky, and price is way too much

pool was nice but i like it a little warmer

kitchen seemed overwhelmed with breakfast goers , needed more food if you didn’t get there early

very clean, spacious rooms. great pool hours. good breakfast

if it was missing filling, needed extra pillows for my wife to sleep comfortably and extra for my kids

room service was very good and plough restaurant was good as well as the breakfast buffet

we also took advantage of the indoor pool and gym on the 5th floor instead of the ground floor which was really nice

attention to; no pen & paper in the room , only 1 caffeinated coffee cartridge, no creamer, no room service available, water took a very long time to get 'warm'

located within walking distance of shopping and dining with access to a gorgeous rooftop bar overlooking the city which was beautiful at sunset and spectacular at night with the city

receptionist at check in no light in elevator no room service broken lights in room and halway no free wi-fi for non members

also really enjoyed the gym and pool

gym and breakfast were adequate and a nice touch

hotel was nice enjoyed the stay with my kids.

however, kids were running in the hallways, jumping on and off elevators, screaming down the halls, and

the pool was fabulous, the kids and adults had a great time

tons of kids and soccer parents who monopolized the pool and continental breakfast and the parents

staff was nice and friendly. pool was clean and opened. they served hot breakfast.

breakfast was fine, wish there were whole eggs on the menu, but the choices were sufficient

accommodating to kids

gym was user friendly

i liked the fact that was an ev charger available

the gym was big and clean and the elevator was well maintained

saltwater pool, great shower, extra friendly staff

didn’t get to use either, but the pool and gym looked amazing
