i loved the pool and actually came specifically to this location for the pool

my kids loved the fancy bathroom

it was quiet, clean and the breakfast was perfect

everything from the front desk staff, to the room being spotless and the breakfast was awesome!

rooms, carpet, dust, small breakfast, breakfast hours only until 9am horrible, pool is small and stinky, and price is way too much

the breakfast was great and coffee excellent

pool had too much chlorine

it also had a full workout area and a pool

not a great first impression for my fiancé and i for a getaway trip from our 4 kids

their restaurant and bar were closed due to a fire.

also, there is a wire soap dish affixed to the shower wall for a bar of soap

nice, and the rooms are exceptional, everything is very clean, staff is friendly and we loved the room service, food was great

we ordered room service and the food and service was awesome.

the hotel is fabulous, the decor is really stunning, the pool/hot tub were the perfect end to a day of shopping in downtown lititz

hotel offered breakfast, had a pool which the children enjoyed, and had ample space in the lobby to hang out with friends

took a long time to heat up, gym had no drinking water on saturday afternoon and checkin took longer than it should have

location. location. access to city amenities. bar on premises. easy parking!

it has an unbelievable rooftop bar too

we also took advantage of the indoor pool and gym on the 5th floor instead of the ground floor which was really nice

didn t like that there was no room service or the pool was closed which i understand was because of the pandemic but the

i could not get room service, or even a potato chip

pool was broken the first 2 days we were there, so we had to drive to another location to swim

kids were running everywhere and laying in the hall

tons of kids and soccer parents who monopolized the pool and continental breakfast and the parents

was perfect, room service, drink service in the room and added bonus of boxed breakfast (nice (+) the room service was exceptionally good along with the food (+)great room service (-)ordered room service our first night and our plates stayed outside our door until we left a day later (-) room service had to be called to pick up since plates were just left behind without a tray to leave

parking is a little tight

nice looking rooms with the spa hot tub.

only complaint would be better towels in pool area for customers.

from the front desk getting an early check in, to the day we left the attendant in the breakfast area was more than happy to cook more food 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close

close to the expo center, friendly service and good breakfast

breakfast was good, and the gym came in very handy during my stay

went later in the night so there wasn't many people in the pool because with my husband and two kids in the pool that was full enough

modern amenities in a quant setting. shopping, restaurant, pool, pond on lovely grounds.

the stairs needed to get to our room from the parking lot.

only issue i had was with parking

family beside our room had 3 small kids that screamed well into the night, and were up very early as well
