wifi wasn't great

food was excellent and we were able to take our dog into the bar with

i was arriving from canada that day and needed on site parking, breakfast included and wifi for a work call, as well as a comfy room

plenty of parking and supermarket near by

room, clean and a lot of space, breakfast was lovely everything you could want, staff were very

nice rooms lots of facilities, spa & golf plus ev charging

staff were really friendly, spa was lovely with wonderfull treatments and i'm told the golf course was very good

very clean and comfortable room friendly helpful staff in all areas easy parking

the bar staff were fantastic and the room we stayed in lovely

but bar did close promptly at 11

there is a separate restaurant area, and the bar has all the personality of a traditional village

to their credit the bar staff quietened it all down once i went down to ask, and apologised in the morning as well

bed was too soft. poor sound insulation, could hear all sounds from the bar and restaurant.

home in the country with a substantial golf course

great spa and pool area, morning breakfast was superb

it was a great place to stay with kids and dogs

radiator stuck on nearly boiled us :-)! room service was a little pricey.

no dining room service.bar meals acceptable but limited choice

friendly reception and bar staff

only two staff working on saturday night who were trying their best to be on reception, man the bar and serve in the restuarant

drinks prices in the bar were a bit expensive.

breakfast was exceptional

full english breakfast bar plus fruits, cereals

com the hotel is listed as having a ev charger but this is a private one just for the owner

great parking and brilliant that you have ev charging

by the avon and town centre, lovely courtyard and tea room, big car park and easily available ev chargers, good welcome at reception

allowed us an early check in to change for a wedding and lovely location for a walk into town in the morning

they are refurbishing some areas and the bar and eating place for evenings was unavailable during our stay which was inconvenient

there are ev charging points available - they're monta (35p/kwh), and it's easier to use if you have the (+)reception ev charging points accomodating restaurant and loved the nopt too stuffy vibe staff (+) ev charging available for free, which was a nice touch and very convenient

hard to say but if i had a negative point, there was a lot of kids staying that splashed in the pool and screamed

room was above gym so could hear running machine when being used

kitchen closes too early

food superb. service exceptional. lovely warm swimming pool, valet parking. good little gym.
