the pools at the hotel were like another park in itself

we checked out the bowling alley and gym but didn’t fit them in

-modern hotel -great views -could always get a sunbed in peak season july/august -well equipped gym -good heating facilities for food -informal dining options -pan asian fusion food on the

pool, after checking out, taking advantage of the luggage store service and the showers at the gym

with the hotel they didn't give free breakfast they gave me 4 drink vouchers for pool bar with my kids

the location was 4 minutes from universal and they had a shuttle bus to and from

the splash pad was not on for the kids

the bar by the pool was a great way to hangout and relax

i didn't realize you had to schedule shuttle and they only run 3 times there and back per day

pool area lovely always clean plenty of sun beds & proactive pool attendants underwent training

single bed and told twice that this was acceptable but it was not available on check in so two kids had to share a double bed throughout our stay

it is walking distance to a very good breakfast restaurant “hash house go go”, super grateful, amazing prices, and huge portion

the area beside the island is too close to turn around in the kitchen without hitting floor baseboards

we didn’t use the facilities but the pool and gym both looked small but equipped for what would be needed for a short stay

had roach toilet didn't flush down on 1st flush inside my allergy started acting up i think laundry detergent was strong or spray for covid to much had to sleep with

there is a decent gym, small but it has the basics, there is a pool which i saw cleaned every day

there is a laundry room outside of the room nearby for use by guests, a great added feature

breakfast is grab and go, a muffin, orange and coffee or juice but you have a full size kitchen to make whatever you may want for breakfast

it's hard to drag two kids out of the pool and go into the hotel only to come right back out
