nothing! it meat our expectations in every way. plus there was a pool.

kids and i had a great experience

had a laundry on site but i did not use it

paid the price that included pool, laundry, gym

there are a few restaurants and bar to choose from that’s near the hotel if you don’t want to travel far

breakfast was a grab and go which was perfect for us. the beach was directly across the street.

my kids complained ants were everywhere, and the tv remote didn't work most of the time due

loved the spacious 2 bedroom suite. nice views, pretty pool area

thing was you had to cross thee street to get to pool and hot thumb

we used the ev charging station

staff provided excellent service throughout our stay (early check in request, places to dine, etc)

lousy room service menu. wifi wouldnt work. $200 deposit for room service was not nice.

room service was not present every day ,had to ask staff for couple of clean towels second day of

d kids, and dogs) from mid-afternoon until 6-7 pm

didnt like how the wifi kept going in and out when i was trying to do work

the indoor pool looked much nicer on the picture and it was not much fun using it

wonderful room, great pool and the kindest staff !!

the property was well kept. the gardens and rooftop bar was fun for sunsets.

the rooftop bar was closed due to weather but i bet it's happening on nice summer days - all staff members

with a excellent view the staff asked my room type and floor which is unheard of and keep it up pool was clean and outdoor area was a nice touch

the only thing i can suggest is the pool is a little small and no hot tub
