old nasty rugs no signage when you come to the hotel poor front desk location you enter a hot laundry room area and take an elevator to the first floor to the front desk weirdest front desk

breakfast and pool were in a separate building than where we stayed.

i had to ask them to quiet down because my kids are still asleep

loved the two bedroom suite and the sun deck and pool

was the power outage and them not having backup generator - not easy to entertain 2 young kids with no power

horrible staff never cleaned our room and extremely rude even with my kids

days, for many others) were not ready, so the lobby was filled with unhappy, agitated people (and kids, and dogs) from mid-afternoon until 6-7 pm

didnt like how the wifi kept going in and out when i was trying to do work

the breakfast was sub par. eggs tasted like rubber.

we had a full kitchen, a small dining table, a sitting area, bed area, and a sink separate from the toilet/tub
