it's well located in the centre of kitchener/waterloo

property is well kept, very clean, great bar and restaurant

it would've been good to have some of things that were available on the room service menu available in the restaurant like pastries etc, especially for the younger ones

also the connectivity bar didn t allow our tv to display our computer

they have a few pool toys (noodles, balls) for the kids to play with

breakfast was amazing and the room was very nice! definitely would stay there again!

room was clean and spacious. breakfast was good. lots of seating for the breakfast excellent.

wish that the breakfast had started a little bit earlier as we had early starts on both days, but i understand

breakfast in the morning was okay but the water for the tea wasn't hot at all

for a shower on check out reception did not inquire of our stay nor speak at all on leaving breakfast was poor and in location where cold wind entered the area every time someone came through

if we had known there was a kitchen and a refrigerator we would have brought some groceries and made our own meal

exceptionally friendly staff; was grateful for the laundry facility; loved the gym.

i have used the laundry rooms before and never had an issue, however this room was disappointing

location, property style, value, cleanliness, kitchen and bathroom were all fabulous!
