hotel was easy to find, ev chargers on site, within a large carpark

the bar staff are good and friendly

the guy behind the bar was rude. just ignored me didn’t want to talk to me .

here a few times now the mattresses are so so comfortable and the coffee bar is great value

breakfast tea in the room or kettle, heating doesn t work, paper cups, no fridge, no spoons, no room service, feels very budget

there was good parking with use of ev charger & easy walk into the town centre

staff, amenities in room and the bed. secured car park including ev charger free of charge.

pool was very nice and big enough to actually swim in it in the morning, when there were yet no kids

the gym was slightly disappointing.

we used the gym and the pool, which were first class

however all was well as we left our rucksacks to be taken to the room and repaired to the tapas bar downstairs for lunch

having the restaurant downstairs is very handy and there is a laundry on-site which was really useful for us as we are walking the camino de santiago

also a great bar and restaurant downstairs

view from my kids room the snow falling on 21/12/2025 the amplified mirror in the toilet

staff, food, cleanliness all amazing. dogs allowed and ev charger

friendly helpful staff; very clean; really good value for the room and also in the bar and

the breakfast was a classic bar breakfast

the retain price quality is great, the rooms are big and comfortable, free parking, kids playground , cafe and restaurant, all in the same building
