breakfast tea in the room or kettle, heating doesn t work, paper cups, no fridge, no spoons, no room service, feels very budget

the bathroom is well equipped and designed, with places to hang my laundry

room service was prompt and nicely presented

hostel has a great tapas bar - some of the best food we enjoyed in burgos

collocation with a very nice tapas bar was a real plus.

also a great bar and restaurant downstairs

has a restautant area where they have a fully stocked bar and anincredible selection of pinxtos

however all was well as we left our rucksacks to be taken to the room and repaired to the tapas bar downstairs for lunch

staff, amenities in room and the bed. secured car park including ev charger free of charge.

there was good parking with use of ev charger & easy walk into the town centre

a pool a gym a sauna what more could you ask for

pool was very nice and big enough to actually swim in it in the morning, when there were yet no kids

ready to accommodate whole family(2 adults + 2 kids) with beds ready, linen, towels,amenities

was big parking available / ev chargers quite friendly staff walking distance from many touristic

hotel was easy to find, ev chargers on site, within a large carpark

they were attending the bar as we arrived so we had to wait for them to see us to check us in

here a few times now the mattresses are so so comfortable and the coffee bar is great value

the guy behind the bar was rude. just ignored me didn’t want to talk to me .

staff, food, cleanliness all amazing. dogs allowed and ev charger

friendly helpful staff; very clean; really good value for the room and also in the bar and

the breakfast was a classic bar breakfast

the retain price quality is great, the rooms are big and comfortable, free parking, kids playground , cafe and restaurant, all in the same building
