i couldn't get room service or any food past 6 on christmas when we we're told we could when

preordered room service for a specific time and it arrived 30 minutes late

its a disservice to wait staff, housekeepers, bar tenders, stylists and massage therapists that could benefit more if guests had the ability to

pd $420 for spa service ($500 incl tip)for my daughter & i for mother's day; she was too anxious and cancelled

the bar closed at 9:00 and the breakfast was sad.
