fitness room, spa area, and hot tub were terrific

spa hotel which gets everything just right

the spa services were also excellent

i couldn't get room service or any food past 6 on christmas when we we're told we could when

no room service for a late night snack.

did not get what my offer stated which was a 25 credit at the hotel and also an early check in or late check out

we used the pool 3 times!

my husband and i popped into the bar for a nightcap and felt the prices were rather high.

pool guests were loud in hall after 9 pm but quiet by 10.

everything. excellent location. staff was great. bar clean and matt was personable.

location - close to suny esf & syracuse univ, the dome, armory square, destiny usa mall wonderful breakfast with omlette station staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful private parking lot on

the bedroom was awful because of the traffic from the other room- not to mention the smells the kids would leave in there when trying to sleep

appreciated the early check in and friendly professional staff

the ev charger was very slow and i would have had to stay there for two days to fully charge my car

location is about a 20 minute walk from the dome but they also provide a shuttle.
