the rooms could use updating. and the food at the bar was disappointing.

location on seneca lake room was spacious and well furnished with a two person spa tub

did not like the rather assertive dos and don't s re: spa tub from the desk clerk; not exactly welcoming

i was charged extra for my kids which was unexpected

pd $420 for spa service ($500 incl tip)for my daughter & i for mother's day; she was too anxious and cancelled

the fresh fruit and oatmeal at breakfast were fantastic.

pool was nice but the water was cloudy and a bit chilly

use of the pool was limited to a spa package. use of a pool should be standard at any resort.

don't forget to visit the spa (go by car)

the spa was the best part of our trip and well worth the price of the treatments

the breakfast could have been better....it could of had a piol

breakfast was offered until 10am, which was

large hotel, with good free breakfast

if times when i went to the front desk there was no one there, just a sign saying they were doing laundry or they were not available,

wished it had a regular pool.
