the room was clean, comfortable and a really decent size and the food was excellent, parking is free so overall brilliant value for money

only issue i had was the wifi in our room, which was right at the top of the manor house, room 12, was very weak

- we should have booked a longer stay secondly all the staff were exceptional from reception, bar staff, cleaners and waiters & waitresses

off the beaten track. not a lot around the hotel, only 1 pub. wasn't told about the free wifi.

we chose the location because of ev charging next door and the central position on a38 within easy reach of most of south and

is on the front but it was very very loud had cars outside revving their engines and gangs of kids on bikes there was lots of drug users too i really didn’t like the way the manger was rude
