the room was tidy and clean plus the breakfast was fabulous

it was lovely to have a family room to share with the kids instead of being offered 2 rooms

the breakfast was beautiful, good portion sizes and a good selection of food available.

on arrival i checked in and enquired over the ev charging and car parking

also, there is one ev charger there - use your own cable

and booked this hotel due to the location on the sea front and also on site car parking with ev charging

on one occasion the door was not closed properly following a room service visit and when we returned the door was slightly open

spa was advertised but not open!!!!!

was fine in and around the bar / reception area but very patchy within the bedroom itself

for the prices being charged coming back and finding no parking due to non resident parking, was an issue

only issue i had was the wifi in our room, which was right at the top of the manor house, room 12, was very weak

to get served at the bar we had to attract someone’s attention, no coordination

or cut the grass when it is raining and customers aren't sunbathing by the pool area
