ev charging in carpark was a bonus

bed, shower, breakfast, ev charger, air-conditioning, quiet, good curtains

also, staff was amazing and the large bar area was a good place to replace and watch a game

explained to the woman on reception (fay or joy i think her name was) not only did she waive the early check in but she upgraded us to the (+)requested an early check in which was granted (+) was able to get an early check in, the staff accommodated very well (-)check into to our rooms even tho we had requested early check in

no room service

wifi didn't reach our room and the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working

to walk out the room and see laundry piled up against a wall from at least 5 rooms outside the elevator area

wifi was very weak on the third floor i did need to complete some work notes but could not because

room came with tea and coffee facilities and a phone too phone down too reception, housekeeping, room service etc

room service food was beautiful and so good value

good morning full english breakfast - with porridge access to the village club meant the kids were occupied

location was was good and it had ev charger

loved the fact the hotel had ev charging

not the hotels fault, but the ev charge point outside didn't work wither, one of the reasons we booked there

we noticed there are two ev chargers, though we did not use them, and we appreciated that parking was included

good menu selection available and very friendly staff at reception, bar and restaurant

given wrong room initially but ok as changed it. spa facilities closed.

staff, location close to where i was working, easy to find, good parking, food eaten in public bar area was good

swimming pool and spa area clean in a morning but not so good last thing at night

location, booked partly because it offers ev charging in the large secure car park which worked well and was very convenient

they held the table and even told us that if we arrived after 9pm we could have dinner as room service
