clean and great location for ev charging

was amazing rooms lovely the swimming pool bit cold but we still used it sauna lovely and jacuzzi lovely cant wait to book again lovely

table tops in the bar area could be kept in a better condition.

it was a significant bonus to find that the hotel has an ev charging station that is free for guests to use

we didn t like the fact we had to take our room key to get a key for the swimming pool and gym when the gym was opposite our room

room where we stayed 307 was very very noisy it was a family room and the kids had difficulty sleeping

wifi didn't work - didn't query with reception as too late in the evening and just used hotspot

the room was comfortable with the added bonus of a spa bath

buffet breakfast was fine

the pool was really good with sun punters to relax in

also the gym equipment was up to date and lots of it

was fantastic very helpful ud83dude03 the pool spa and gym were excellent it's a shame the steam room wasn't working

staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculate. loved the room service.

excellent, comfortable room with city view, as requested, and an early check in

the only disappointment was that an early check in was not available
