reception and bar area was nice and relaxed

the bar could have a better range of drinks, there were no non-alcoholic options for example

staff were friendly, and reopened the bar for us so we could have a drink when we arrived, although there was not what we wanted to drink

no beers, ales, or ciders on tap even though the bar has taps visible

the dining room and bar were open until late (although i didn’t need to use it)

however i didn't like the bar area was a bit working man's club and didn't suit the test of the hotel

we took a walk around the grounds and enjoyed a drink and food in the newly renovated bar area

more options and affordability of house wines on the hotel bar menu would be great.

breakfast was ok. loved the decoration. all staff superb, friendly & welcoming

staff were lovely, they have a beautiful bar area and dinning area

devices sometimes disconnected from the wifi if they went to sleep and it took some time to reconnect

it was such a shame the gym/ leisure facilities weren t open or the restaurant.

wifi is quick. the room is spacious.

breakfast is well done, staff are generally helpful and the location is very good. wifi is good.

late check out time (12 o'clock) overall a very enjoyable stay and i would happily stay here again (+)great location, late check out is great. good customer service (+) lifts are quick, late check out allowed for members, discounted parking at grand central brittania car park 12 (-)not ready by 1500 for check=in but they compensate us with free drinks and late check out the air=conditioned not working and the guy in reception replied unprofessionally as

would have liked a night cap in the bar when we got back but it had closed at 8pm.

the hotel also has 4 ev charging points available, all of which were free when i charged my car which was brilliant and

they do offer late check out for 1pm for £10, but lets be realistic, nobody wants to pay just to sleep a little

when i asked about late check out hony was really helpful and

i could have and it's minimum were that they put one towel out for 2 of us and we asked for late check out and the house keepers came at 10am

steven on the desk was particularly helpful when i arrived late at night and gave me a late check out which was great

it was very modern, there were no windows meaning it was pitch black and silent and we paid for a late check out which was 1pm

i hope they will introduced a new family rooms for small kids

be on the breakfast hall on early. make sure you put on the sign for room service.
