it was so nice my kids didn't want to leave the hotel, and everything was right the so we didn't have to

balconies if you have small kids,chair outside is dangerous for kids to climb and go over so easily

we have an electric car and had some problems figuring out how to use the ev charger in the parking lot, but eventually it worked

took us a while to figure out how to use the ev charger and staff were not helpful in that area

there was one day that we requested room service and it never came

the pool is a little noise next to the tunnel where everyone loves to honk.

staff were friendly, the bar had lovely wine and a nice fire to sit by, and the gym / parking close
