lovely character property right in town centre. great size room. excellent bar and restaurant

they gave me an early check in as child was feeling poorly which ended up us staying in the room the whole time

friendly staff lovely rooms facilitated late check out due to work call very accommodating

food room staff and the spa was all exalted

the new thermal spa was our absolute highlight, infinity pool you wouldn’t want to leave

nice bar area to relax and have snack and pot of tea

only thing missing is a swimming pool but the outdoor hot tub was really enjoyable.

lady on reception who checked me in was so friendly and helpful but it was in the 'drawing room' bar where i really made a home for myself

excited to see new additions on the grounds for the spa and a rail wagon ud83dude0d be back to try them before christmas

kids shouldn't be allowed in the pool

there is little to no phone signal/wifi signal in the hotel

we ate in the bar for lunch and then in the restaurant for dinner

be nice if the parking was closer to the hotel but the walk from the car park to the hotel is quite nice

freshly cooked and loads of variety for breakfast, different bars and various menus which catered for all tastes, kids club which my 6 year

clean, quiet hotel with lovely restaurants. excellent breakfast and facilities were excellent

there is a lovely walk outside the hotel around the golf

staff where so friendly and very helpful. brilliant choice for breakfast
