staff were extremely accommodating, very friendly, bar food was lovely pints cold then the room was lovely, bright, clean, everything worked

grab bar in the bath would be helpful.

the bar decor is very dark but it wasnt a problem as such.

parking is away from the hotel , so you do have to walk but there is a courtesy bus that goes up

i would recommend not to bring kids as there was nothing for them to do

hotel is stunning and exactly what we wanted for an overnight get away from the kids :) the staff couldn't be friendlier and the facilities were excellent highly

downfall i suppose might be the parking is a distance away but im nit picking here, they have a shuttle bus if needed

gym and the jacuzzi etc were fabulous, and the food was beautiful

there is ample parking and all quite close to the main entrance

place was fabulous, so much to do - bar, restaurants, spa, gym, swimming pool, tennis, golf, beautiful gardens, walks, just to name a few things

especially in ordering me a drink in the evening becauae i could not get anywhere near rhe bar because of the unfortunate circumstances on the previous few days which incurred a massive

i had 2 kids with me who were turned away from the pool at 7

breakfast was also really good for a buffet style breakfast with loads of choice and the kids loved the pancake maker

had bad weather so the lack of leisure facilities or swimming pool made it difficult to entertain kids

the lodge it was magnificent the kids loved the pool and the staff at breakfast spoke to the kids she and the other staff were

maria ensured that we received a room, put us in contact with the spa and calmed us down completely after a very disappointing stay in enniskillen hotel

wonderful room service, excellent food. indulgent all round.

as we checked in after 4pm the kids did not get a chance to go to the pool that evening as it was only open to

the room was beautiful with a lake view, the dinner, bar and grill were all exceptional and breakfast too

also the spa was getting refurbished so no treatments were

noticed crumbs on our bed under the multicoloured cushion and found a kids snack pack under the bed which would explain the crumbs

the gardens & views were fabulous & plenty of free parking
